Give-away !

I've been thinking about doing one of these for a little while, but then I felt a bit shy...and then I couldn't think what you might want to receive.

However- I've put together these little gifts for your enjoyment ,one for the compulsive crochet disorder sufferers (we have a lovely support group over on flickr), and one for those who just like pretty things.

For crochet addicts- a little case for your hooks, and a copy of the shrug pattern that I enjoyed so much.

For lovers of pretty things-a notebook adorned with Spanish ladies in their corsets from an old advertisement and this little tray which I think is adorable. I wish I'd got one for myself it would be so handy to keep my glasses and my scissors on when I'm making things. It could be handy on the dressing table too.

It's easy to enter, just leave me a comment and sign up as a follower. Don't forget to tell me which you would like to win. I'm very happy to post to anywhere so don't be shy if you live in Australia or somewhere even further away ( is there such a place ?) I have chosen things that are as light as can be !

I'll leave you with these beautiful passion flowers from my frind Ursula's garden, she gave me four, one for each of us. They are so beautiful but sadly only last one day...

I will pick a winner on the 5th July( My Mum's birthday).

Have a lovely weekend

Louise x

  2. Don't be shy Louise, I'm not! I'd unashamedly love to enter your giveaway please!!! :-)

Whilst I'd love the little crochet needle case, I think the shrug may be beyond me so I should like to be considered for the 'pretty things' draw - the tray is just gorgeous.

Pretty passion flower; so sad it only lasts a day though. Isn't that peculiar?

    Hope you're ok.

  3. Hi Louise! I just found you yesterday, and added you to my blogger reader. I am afraid I live quite far away, but not on the other side of the US. I'd love to make the shrug for my daughters, so I'm going for that side.
Lovely things you and your ccds group make, it makes me positively gungho to start crocheting again!

  4. This will be fun for you to do. I had a blast with my last few. You know I would love to play. That flower is stunning. That's it enough playing for me, I need to get serious about taking some more pictures of flowers.

    Toodles,
    Kate

  11. Hello Louise....I thought I had already started to follow you, but just found out I hadn't. Silly me! Too much hooking and flickr-ing makes the old brain lame! It must be the CCD!!!
If I win I would like the little tray, and I would like you to keep it for yourself!! I always buy things and wish I had one.....
the flowers are beautiful but fleeting, it's a shame isn't it?
Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing who won what!! :)

I love the fact that you visited my blog and left a comment! Crocheting is my thing too and I use a plastic baggie to hold my hooks. The thing is ... it eventually breaks. LOL
